The Franklin Park Coalition welcomes runners, walkers, families, and their canine friends to participate in a 3.1 miles community fun run on Thanksgiving morning to support the Coalition’s year-round programming and advocacy work to restore and improve Franklin Park for all.

Prizes will be awarded for best costumes and age-group winners. The race is chip-timed.

Three Reasons to Register for the 2018 Turkey Trot:

1. It’s a great neighborhood tradition that benefits vital community programs including the Kite & Bike Festival and the Elma Lewis Playhouse in the Park Concert Series.
2. It’s one of Boston’s most scenic 5K courses, through the historic and beautiful “crown jewel” of the Emerald Necklace.
