The agenda for the 2026 Annual Meeting of Voting Members of FPC on May 30 will include
1. Election of members to the Board of Directors
2. Adoption of Amended and Restated By-Laws
3. Adoption of Amended and Restated Articles of Organization

Only those who were members as of April 26, 2026 (check member list) may vote at the Annual Meeting. Please see the Notice of the Annual Meeting for more information.
