“Restor(y)ing the understory”, an art installation and activation, will celebrate these ecological restoration efforts and connect community to these landscapes as they change. What old stories will we discover in the park? What new stories will we tell? Join Carolyn Lewenberg to “co-create” this installation at community “art builds” Fridays 3-5p by the Bear Dens: May 15, 22, 29, and June 5. A movement-based celebration and activation of the space will be held July 18, 3-6pm, in collaboration with Isaura Oliveira’s Living Experience Outdoor Program.
