Originally from San Antonio\, Texas\, Pat studied in New Orleans before moving to Boston in 2010 to attend Berklee College of Music. SUMMARY:Latin Guitar at the Clubhouse
DESCRIPTION:Andres Guerra\, Venezuelan composer\, arranger\, and not-so-classical guitarist\, blends the rich tradition of the classical guitar repertoire and technique with improvisation\, offering a wide variety of musical styles—such as Latin Jazz\, contemporary classical\, and pop. He has played in concert and collaborated with a wide variety of artists\, including Grammy-winning Aida Cuevas; Berta Rojas; and Paquito D’Rivera. He is currently pursuing a dual major in film scoring and performance at Berklee. Guerra is a recipient of a Berklee scholarship\, and a Gifted Tuition Scholarship from the Latin Grammy Cultural Foundation. Recently\, he earned an achievement award from Berklee’s Guitar Department. \n\n\n\nAll concerts are weather-dependent and will be canceled in the event of severe weather. All of Franklin Park falls in District 7 so the race and our next councilor will be critical to solving park issues\, promoting the park\, and making sure it’s maintained. \nThe Franklin Park Coalition has joined with Roxbury groups to host a District 7 City Council candidates’ forum  in person at the Franklin Park Clubhouse. Get to know the candidates and make a decision about who you support for our next Councilor. Even if you’re not a District 7 voter\, but want to make sure Franklin Park gets the attention it needs\, the forum will be an important way to show up and show you care about the park!
